Over the past 15 years, Kent has been joined by his daughter Kristen, graduate of Purdue’s School of Construction Management, member of both BAGI and the National Association of Home Builders, and now a third generation builder. Growing up on job sites being run by her father, uncle, and grandfather Kristen Shaffer-Hale has now taken over the reigns as President of Kent Shaffer Builders and grown the company to new heights.
