For nearly 30 years Kent Shaffer has been the gold standard of Custom Home Construction in Central Indiana. A second generation builder, Kent started in the business over 30 years ago as a Certified Electrician and has gone on to build over 250 industry-recognized premier homes in some of the most desirable neighborhoods. Using some of the highest quality materials, most experienced craftsmen, and an impressive attention to detail Kent Shaffer Builders continues to attract a new generation of clients as well as building new homes for previous satisfied-clients. Kent Shaffer Builders is a member of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, National Association of Home Builders, and has an A rating with the BBB.
Continuing on with the Shaffer Family tradition of constructing fine homes, Kent is now joined by his daughter Kristen in the business. Representing the third generation of builders in the family. Kristen is a graduate of Purdue University's renowned Construction Management Program. Having grown up on job sites, as well as a stint with Ryland Homes, Kristen continues on the tradition of attention to detail and fine craftsmanship with a unique perspective in the design and construction process.
