Our process begins when you select where you want your dream home to take shape. Kent Shaffer Builders has built extensively in the Villages of West Clay (Carmel), Stonegate (Zionsville), Austin Oaks (Zionsville), and downtown Indianapolis in the Historic Herron Morton Neighborhood. Kent Shaffer Builders also builds on custom lots that clients have purchased.
If you are looking for an individual lot outside of a neighborhood Kristen can help with that too, as she is also a certified Realtor/Broker with Century 21 in order to better handle client needs.
Once the location is selected, you can either design your custom home from exterior elevation to interior finishers, or you can choose a move-in ready home where available. If you choose to build, Kent and Kristen walk you through the entire process. When you have a question about the build and call Kent Shaffer Builders you don't talk to a secretary or associate you have never met, you will speak directly with Kent or Kristen.
